To submit a repair request
Before you submit a repair request, we ask you to read the Tenant ABC first. This states which maintenance and repair work is your responsibility and which tasks the landlord will take on. This prevents unnecessary requests and helps us to keep the handling efficient.
Do you live in a complex that uses a community app? Then you can easily submit your repair request via this app. The app ensures that your request quickly reaches the right department and you can immediately track the status of your request.
Does your complex not have access to a community app? You can also send your repair request by email to vastgoed@vanderlinden.nl. In your email, clearly describe the problem, your address and, if possible, photos of the defect. This will help us process your request faster.
After submitting your repair request, you will receive a confirmation and your request will be processed. The service employee or maintenance party will contact you to schedule an appointment or to request additional information. Depending on the urgency, we strive to help you as soon as possible.
> Urgent repairs: For urgent problems such as serious leaks or heating malfunctions in the winter, we recommend that you call (088) 533 00 01 so that we can take immediate action.
