In phase 4, you can choose from 14 spacious plots on which you will realize one of the four detached villa variants. You can design these with the architect according to your specific wishes, giving you all the space to bring your dream home to life. Your stylish LOOVilla will be built in a traditional manner and will have its own unique character.
