LOOV Overgooi – Exclusive Villas on Large Plots

In phase 4, you have the choice of 14 spacious plots on which you can create one of four detached villa variants, designed together with the architect to match your personal wishes. This gives you the freedom to bring your dream home to life. Your stylish LOOVilla will be built in the traditional way and will have its own unique character.
The 14 plots in phase 4 are located along a charming farm road, like an exclusive courtyard within LOOV. At the end of this courtyard is a modest roundabout, allowing cars to easily turn around and keeping the entrance calm and clear.
