Access to the complex is restricted to residents only. The intercom lets you know if you have visitors downstairs. Cameras in the common areas keep an eye on things. Bicycles are safely stored in the bicycle shed in the enclosed courtyard.
The studios are located on 's-Gravenzandelaan, in a neighborhood bordering the city center. It takes 5 minutes to cycle to the Grote Markt and 10 minutes to The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Public transportation is never a problem in the heart of The Hague. Accessibility by car is also excellent.

Good to know:
- A rental agreement is entered into for a minimum of 12 months. Shorter rentals are not an option. After 12 months, the rental agreement can be terminated on a monthly basis, subject to the specified notice period;
