We would like to tell you how Jonas' is structured. The basement contains the parking spaces, bicycle and scooter storage areas and storerooms. On the ground floor are The Living Room and the commercial areas. The Film Room is halfway up the first floor and can be accessed from The Living Room. In the central part, the belly of Jonas', are The Canyon and The Forest which form an imposing atrium from the ground floor over all floors. Scattered across the floors are the rental flats, Breakout Rooms and Guest Rooms. The highlight is on the roof of the building: The Roof Beach.

The rental flats in Jonas' are spread across the first to the sixth floors and range from compact studios of 43 to 52 m2. You have plenty of choice in terms of layout and floor plan, but also in terms of view and sun exposure. The studios on the sixth floor are extra high. The studios have no balcony, but do have vertical sliding windows, allowing you to fully open the upper part of the window. These windows are electrically operated.
Furnished studios
The studios are furnished with a beautiful kitchen and full bathroom. The kitchen is a modern, light-grey kitchen with both lower and upper cabinets and aluminium handle strips. An LED strip is fitted under the upper cabinets with light that you can dim. The countertop and splashback are also grey. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave oven, fridge, induction hob and built-in extractor fan by Bosch. The sanitaryware and tiling are also of high quality. For example, the bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. You only need to lay a floor and paint the walls and then you can move in!
A limited number of parking spaces are also available for rent in the basement car park.
Location
Jonas' is located on IJburg in Amsterdam. A place bursting with potential and emerging hotspots you can't afford to miss. From the Marina Club Amsterdam with spectacular views of the water to the FlexBieb with numerous events.
