Entree Oost, also known as Vijverpark, is located between Boerhaavelaan and Schipholweg. This new residential area is coming to life in phases and has been developing for several years into a residential area with the atmosphere and character of a garden city. The rental apartments are evenly distributed over the three apartment buildings. You have plenty of choice. The smallest apartment type (A2) has a usable area of 49 m2. The largest apartment type (E1) has a usable area of 119 m2. The larger apartments are located on the ground floor and have their own storage room and terrace on the green inner gardens. All other apartments have a balcony with a very favorable sun position and unobstructed view. The house will be equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances, consisting of a dishwasher, hob, combi oven, fridge-freezer and extractor hood. The bathroom has a modern look with an anthracite-colored floor and white walls with tiles in generous format. Almost all apartments have a walk-in shower. The apartments will be wallpaper ready and delivered with cement screed floors; so you can decide for yourself how you want to finish your apartment!
Would you like to rent a private parking space with your apartment? A total of 88 covered parking spaces are available, which are only accessible to residents. These are located on the ground floor below the apartment buildings.

You can follow the guidelines mentioned on the website.
When selecting the most suitable candidate, we only use objective selection criteria such as age, the amount of income in relation to the amount of rent, family size and similar criteria.
In doing so, we do not make positive or negative exceptions on the basis of gender, color, last name, orientation, ancestry, religion or ethnicity of the house seeker in any situation.
If there are several similar applications for a property, a random file will be selected in order of entry.

If you want to maximize your chances of finding a property, we recommend that you specify more than one preference if you are interested in more than one property.
