The concrete grid refers to the stacked containers that used to stand here in the harbour. From the 2nd floor upwards, the grids are filled in with bronze-coloured profiled aluminium. This gives the sturdy building a chic character. Iconic are the three old wine silos made of steel that are returned to a green roof landscape. The moss-sedum roof is beautiful to look at and also sustainable! Moreover, it reduces noise.
