The co-living flats are cleverly arranged. The living room with open kitchen is the shared space. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob and composite worktop. In addition, there is a washing machine storage room. There are two separate bedrooms, both with their own bathroom en suite. So you really do have your own place.

If you opt for a co-living flat, you will sign one rental contract together. If you don't know anyone with whom you can rent together, please let us know. The estate agents can match you with someone else who is also looking for a flatmate.

Living in a dynamic place
The Cruquius 2.2C building is located on the former Sigma site. A super nice place. The industrial Sigma paint factory and Huisje Insulinde with its pump building and boiler house together form the lively heart of Cruquius. When you walk around here soon, you will see Sigma's industrial past.

The buildings will house creative activity and the heart of Cruquius will be right in front of the door. Moreover, from here you can walk straight to the Entrepothaven and the Nieuwe Vaart canal. You will enjoy relaxed island life, with quirky restaurants, a supermarket and a gym you can easily walk to. And the nice thing is that you can be in the centre of Amsterdam in ten minutes by bike.

18 co-living flats
Cruquius 2.2C is a personal six-storey building with just 18 co-living flats to share. The architecture of the building fits in nicely with the monumental buildings. Cruquius 2.2C has a friendly, sturdy appearance. The high windows and glass balcony railings provide optimal views to the outside, while the light shines beautifully inside.

On the ground floor are the storerooms and there is a shared bicycle shed. Each floor consists of three flats. So you have a choice of three housing types ranging in living space from 73 to 78 m2. The concept is the same for each type: a shared living room and kitchen and two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom.
All flats have a balcony with a favourable sun position. After a long working day, enjoy the evening sun on your own balcony.

Need a parking space? Then know that parking spaces are available for rent in an enclosed car park.

Please note, you need to register together with the person you want to rent with. You will then receive a login code for a login environment. This private environment allows you to upload the required documents, after which screening by the estate agents will take place.

LIVVIN
For all Cruquius tenants, in addition to your own flat, there is also the communal living room Livvin. A large, cosy living room with a large kitchen and a long reading/dining table and corners to lounge or work in peace.

Livvin is located on the ground floor of Cruquius 1.1, Bottelarijstraat 291, so in the middle of the neighbourhood and therefore close to your home.

Here you will find the enthusiastic and committed community manager of the Cruquius area, you can have a cup of coffee, work or participate in one of the activities. Via the Spaceflow app, you can participate digitally in the Cruquius community, as well as contact the manager for questions about your house.

The service costs you pay for your property include the costs for support from the community management and the Spaceflow app.
