ACCESSIBILITY
Olympiade is easily accessible by car and public transportation. Bus stop Bovenkerkerweg and Startbaan are just a few minutes walk away. Do you prefer to travel by streetcar? You cycle in 3 minutes to Tram stop Poortwachter. Traveling by car? In 5 minutes you can turn onto the A9 towards Schiphol and Haarlem, or take the A2 or A4 towards Amsterdam and Utrecht.
PARKING
Under the apartment complexes and the park is a large parking garage for residents and visitors. There is also plenty of space here to park your bicycle. There is parking for up to 1 car per apartment.
Income Guidelines
- Income guidelines are used to qualify for this property. The gross monthly salary must be at least 4 times the listed rent, these are income guidelines based on one salary. The second income is fully counted, only then the combined gross income must be at least 4.5 times the listed rent.
