Location NOMAD
NOMAD directly adjacent to a special piece of land: the archaeological site Zenit. Even before the Zuiderzee flowed freely here, there was land. On the eastern banks of the Eem River, at the spot where Nomad comes, nomads lived. They hunted and gathered. The land was fertile and green. Actually exactly as it is today, almost 10,000 years later. That's what makes living in NOMAD so nice.
A historic view
No construction is allowed on an archaeological site, and that's another pleasant (front) view. Zenit is delightfully green. With a food forest, a theme garden and a meeting hill. There are also vegetable gardens, one of which you may soon manage. Can you see yourself collecting fresh vine tomatoes for salads?
Cappuccino in the reeds
Nomad's location is ideal. With a supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy the Oostvaardersplassen with a cappuccino at Gasterij de Oostvaarder a little further away. Pedal a little further and you are at the Markermeer. The bustle of the center of Almere is also within reach: 23 minutes by bike and you're already sitting at a cozy terrace on the Grote Markt. In NOMAD the whole of the Netherlands is practically at your feet: a 9-minute walk away is the train station Almere Oostvaarders and by car you turn on the highway!
When selecting the most suitable candidate, we only use objective selection criteria such as age, the amount of income in relation to the amount of rent, family size and similar criteria.
In doing so, we do not make positive or negative exceptions on the basis of gender, color, last name, orientation, ancestry, religion or ethnicity of the house seeker in any situation.
If there are several similar applications for a property, a random file will be selected in order of entry.
