Are you interested in a rental property via Van der Linden? Then first create a personal account. This will allow you to easily respond to properties and projects that match your housing needs.
Have you created an account? Then you can respond directly to available homes or register as an interested party for future projects. This way you let us know that you are interested.
We approach candidates based on the order in which they have registered for a home or project. The sooner you respond, the greater the chance that you will be invited.
Have you been approached as a candidate? Then we ask you to provide your income data. Based on this information we will check whether you meet the income requirements for the home.
If you meet the income requirements, you can schedule a viewing with us or the current tenant. This will give you a good idea of the property before you make a decision. After the viewing, you can let us know whether you would like to rent the property. If you want to rent, we will perform one final check. If the outcome is positive, the rental process can continue.
Once the credit check is approved, we will draw up the rental agreement for you.
To qualify for a rental property, there are a number of conditions that you must take into account, set by our clients. The minimum rental period is often one year. When you respond to a property from our offer, we check whether you meet the conditions. The final allocation of the property is based on the order in which your application is received.
