New Brooklyn is a new urban neighborhood in Almere Poort, developed by Heijmans. The neighborhood has a distinctly urban character with wide streets, tall trees and brick facades reminiscent of the atmosphere of Brooklyn in New York.
A total of 7 small-scale apartments have been realized with two bedrooms and a balcony or garden. In addition, the project includes 22 three-story single-family homes with three or four bedrooms and 10 four-story single-family homes with four bedrooms.

In the green and modern district of Warande in Lelystad, Van der Steeg has realized the project ‘Wonen in Verbleu’. The neighborhood is close to the nature reserve Oostvaardersplassen, forest area Hollandse Hout and the Bovenwater, making it an ideal residential area for nature lovers.
The project includes 25 newly built homes, consisting of terraced houses and various types of semi-detached houses, including homes suitable for life-long living.

In the green Noorderplassen district of Almere, Olde Rikkert Bouw was commissioned by BPD Ontwikkeling B.V. to build the Klavervier project. The project consists of 76 homes, including 37 homes in the first phase, with living areas ranging from 107 to 130 m². The modern homes were designed with an eye for the natural environment and feature wooden verandas and bay windows that provide a pleasant transition from public to private.
Klavervier is surrounded by woods and water, with the Pampusbos literally as your backyard. The homes are suitable for both families and seniors and the neighborhood is spacious with views of the forest.

In Buiksloterham, the sustainable residential building Stories has been built: a wooden residential tower with 26 apartments, designed by Olaf Gipser Architects in collaboration with SMARTLAND landscape architects.
The homes range in size from 43 to 185 m² and were developed as part of a self-build initiative in which circularity and sustainability were central themes. In addition to the private homes, Stories features a shared kitchen, gym, sauna, collective terrace and underground parking.
The residential tower on the Johan van Hasseltkade was commissioned by construction group BSH20A and executed by Heutink Group.
All apartments have now been sold.
In the young and maritime district of Bataviahaven in Lelystad, Van Wijnen completed a modern new construction project with 18 apartments and 14 townhouses. Located on the Markermeer, between marinas and lively restaurants, this location offers a unique combination of comfort and water atmosphere.
The homes are sustainably developed and meet BENG standards, including underfloor heating, heat pumps and solar panels. Thanks to high-quality finishes, maintenance costs are minimal for the first ten years.

Near the IJmeer in Almere Bemog and Mateboer developed the special project Columbus Poort, consisting of 36 two- and three-room apartments distributed over two stylish, mirrored buildings: Pinta and Niña.
These architectural eye-catchers are located in a green and water-rich environment and offer a unique living experience, with views of the water and a direct connection to the dune landscape towards the beach. Thanks to the thoughtful design, residents enjoy plenty of privacy, nature and outdoor space.

The sustainable live/work project wij_land has been realized on IJburg, this is a self-build initiative developed by a collective of residents in collaboration with architecture firm Space&Matter. The project accommodates up to 26 households, from singles to families, with homes designed entirely to their own specifications.
Three housing typologies have been developed within we_land: the double-story garden maisonette, the panorama home and the live-work studio home. In addition to private homes, the project also offers several collective and commercial spaces, including a shared courtyard garden, a roof garden with greenhouse, and a yoga and gymnasium. These shared amenities enhance the sense of community.
