Proud of our position in the Top75 PropertyNL! We are new in this year's PropertyNL top 75 for both Advisors leasing retail/hospitality and office market. We came in new at number 9 of advisors who closed the most user deals in 2024 for retail/hospitality and at number 16 regarding office transactions in North Holland.

Isae 3402 Type 2

Managing real estate involves great responsibilities. It is logical that clients want assurance about the quality and reliability of our processes. With our ISAE 1 and ISAE 2 certification, we demonstrate that we identify and manage risks in a timely manner, and that we continuously work on quality assurance. Through regular internal checks and external audits, we keep our standards high. So our clients can entrust their real estate to us with peace of mind.
