The cost of a valuation report depends on the type of report required. Would you like to know more about the valuation of your home? Then contact one of our expert valuers at a Van der Linden office near you.
A valuation is free and gives an indication of the market value of your home, often with a view to selling. A valuation is an official and validated report that is required for a mortgage application, divorce or inheritance, for example. A valuation is carried out according to strict guidelines and is binding for financial institutions.
Our valuations are carried out by certified and experienced valuers who are affiliated with the NRVT (Dutch Register of Real Estate Valuers) and work in accordance with the guidelines of the NWWI (Dutch Property Valuation Institute).
Make sure your home is neat and tidy, so the appraiser gets a good idea of the condition and finish. Also collect relevant documents, such as the VvE contribution, the energy label, construction drawings or a list of recent renovations.
Valuation reports from Van der Linden are validated by the NWWI and accepted by all Dutch banks, mortgage providers and other financial institutions.
A valuation report is usually valid for six months. Some lenders use shorter or longer terms, so it is wise to check this in advance with your mortgage advisor or bank.
