Will I be required to pay a deposit?

As matter of standard practice, we do not request a deposit. There are exceptions. Do you own a company or do you rent on the basis of your assets? If you do, we request a deposit of two months’ rent. Each application is unique and in other exceptional cases we may also ask for a deposit so that it will still be possible for you to rent accommodation.
