How do you select tenants?

Everyone who meets the income requirements has an equal chance of getting a home. We evaluate purely objectively based on the data and documentation provided. We consider it of the utmost importance that all candidates (and the treatment of the submitted documents) are treated in the same way. In doing so, we do not make positive or negative exceptions on the basis of gender, skin color, last name, orientation, ancestry, religion or ethnicity of the house seeker in any situation. If there are multiple, similar registrations on a property, a random file will be chosen by the system. If you want to maximize your chances of finding a property, we recommend that you submit multiple preferences if you are interested in more than one property.
