Adriaan Mout van Architectenbureau LEVS heeft het unieke gebouw ontworpen. “De terrasvorm maakt het gebouw heel spectaculair. Eigenlijk zet het gebouw de golfbeweging van het water door. En als de namiddagzon in het water weerspiegelt, zie je helemáál hoe bijzonder deze plek is. Soms is het alsof de horizon in brand staat, prachtig! Juist daarom hebben we het gebouw aan de zuidwestkant om het water heen gevormd. Dan kan vrijwel iedere bewoner van dat effect genieten.”
De binnentuin vormt het centrale rustpunt van het gebouw. De tuin wordt ingericht met fraaie banken, mooie bomen en een mix van struiken en bloemen die vogels en vlinders aantrekken. Alle bewoners hebben toegang tot deze gemeenschappelijke tuin.

The unique building was designed by Adriaan Mout of Architecture firm LEVS. "The terraced design makes the building spectacular. It really carries through the wave movement of the water. And when the afternoon sun reflects on the water, you can see just how special this place is. Sometimes, it's as if the horizon is on fire—it's breathtaking! That's exactly why we shaped the building around the water on the southwest side. This way, almost every resident can enjoy this effect."
The inner courtyard forms the building's central relaxation point. The garden will be furnished with beautiful benches, trees, and a mix of shrubs and flowers that attract birds and butterflies. All residents have access to this communal garden.
