Cruquius 1.3 bestaat uit vier imposante L-vormige gebouwen aan de Entrepothaven op Cruquiuseiland. In het meest rechtse gebouw liggen de huurappartementen, in 1.3H. Het unieke design, de fraaie buitenruimten en de luxe afwerking maken dit tot één van de pareltjes van Cruquiuseiland.
In Cruquius 1.3H heb je keuze uit 52 huurappartementen. De grootte van de appartementen varieert van 43 tot 122 m2. Elk appartement heeft een balkon of groot terras. De huurprijzen variëren van € 1.050,- tot € 2.400,- per maand (exclusief servicekosten á € 85 per maand).

Het leuke is dat de architect er alles aan heeft gedaan om nagenoeg alle appartementen uitzicht te bieden op de Entrepothaven. Cruquius 1.3H ligt pal aan de Entrepothaven, aan het begin van de Cruquiusweg. Dit is dichtbij het levendige hart van Cruquius. Het gebouw staat met ‘de voet’ op de boardwalk. Hier is het goed toeven aan het water, maar ook in de groene stadsparken die zijn aangelegd op Cruquiuseiland. Je geniet van het ontspannen eilandleven, met eigenwijze horeca, een supermarkt en een sportschool waar je gemakkelijk naartoe wandelt.
Onder het gebouw vind je een parkeergarage. Voor 44 appartementen is een parkeerplaats beschikbaar (huurprijs van € 195,- per maand en € 20,- servicekosten). Bovendien is er een gezamenlijke fietsenstalling.

Het appartement ligt centraal naast de uitvalsweg A10. Met de fiets ben je in 15-20 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Op loopafstand vind je een supermarkt, de jachthaven en diverse restaurants.

Architectenbureau Arons & Gelauff uit Amsterdam is de kracht achter het ontwerp van Cruquius 1.3. “De architectuur verwijst naar het maritieme en industriële verleden van Cruquius. Dan denk je al snel aan donkere bakstenen, maar we wilden juist gebouwen maken die licht en expressief zijn, die goed passen bij de rest van de gebouwen op Cruquiuseiland. Dit hebben we bereikt door de gebouwen te voorzien van karakteristieke ‘sheddaken’. Die zaagtandvorm, die je van oude fabrieken kent, zie je al vanuit de verte.”

Cruquius 1.3 consists of four impressive L-shaped buildings on the Entrepothaven on Cruquius Island. In the rightmost building are the rental apartments, in 1.3H. The unique design, beautiful outdoor spaces and luxurious finish make this one of Cruquius Island's gems.

The apartment is centrally located next to the A10 motorway. By bike you can reach Amsterdam Central Station in 15-20 minutes. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket, the marina and several restaurants.

Architectural firm Arons & Gelauff of Amsterdam is the force behind the design of Cruquius 1.3. "The architecture refers to Cruquius' maritime and industrial past. Then you quickly think of dark bricks, but we actually wanted to create buildings that are light and expressive, that fit well with the rest of the buildings on Cruquius Island. We achieved this by providing the buildings with characteristic 'shed roofs'. You can see that sawtooth shape, familiar from old factories, from afar."
