Cruquius 1.3H is right on the Entrepothaven, at the beginning of Cruquiusweg. This is close to the lively heart of Cruquius. The building stands with its ‘foot’ on the boardwalk. This is a great place to relax by the water, but also in the green city parks that have been created on Cruquius Island. You enjoy relaxed island life, with quirky restaurants, a supermarket and a gym you can easily walk to.

There is a parking garage under the building. A parking space is available for 44 flats. There is also a communal bicycle shed.

From studio to 4-room apartment

The nice thing is that the architect has done everything possible to provide almost all flats with a view of the Entrepothaven. Beautiful architecture
Amsterdam-based architecture firm Arons & Gelauff is the force behind the design of Cruquius 1.3. ‘The architecture refers to Cruquius' maritime and industrial past. Then you quickly think of dark bricks, but we actually wanted to create buildings that are light and expressive, that fit well with the rest of the buildings on Cruquius island. We achieved this by providing the buildings with characteristic ‘shed roofs’. You can see that sawtooth shape, familiar from old factories, from afar.’
